3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently stocking and organizing merchandise, ensuring timely order fulfillment for our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Continuously engage in physical warehouse tasks.
