General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment, especially for hazardous materials handling.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals and support company values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in Service Center or transportation industry, with supervisory experience desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques and regulations.
