General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation through load balance.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback to workers.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Support teamwork to achieve department goals and uphold our values-driven culture.
• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in service center or transportation field is advantageous.
• Supervisory experience is beneficial; knowledge of freight handling techniques is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; general computer skills required.
