General Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free freight operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and feedback.
• Create a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Promote safe handling and storage of freight, including hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in Service Center operations and supervision is an advantage.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Requirements: Understanding of freight operations, imports, exports, and safety regulations.
