Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's in McClenny. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate tasks, manage day-to-day operations, and lead a high-energy team. Your responsibilities will include cost controls, inventory management, fostering customer relations, and mentoring team members to develop new managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations including cost controls and inventory management.
  • Mentor and develop team members to build a strong, high-energy team.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by setting a positive example.
  • Actively recruit new team members and provide daily encouragement to current staff.
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, food preparation, time management, and store cleanliness.
