Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, developing action plans to enhance performance, and ensuring the team's growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to inventory procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience required, management experience preferred.
