Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational plans, overseeing team performance, and identifying growth opportunities.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product presentation.
• Supervise daily operations and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
