Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, managing schedules, developing action plans, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the store and assisting in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of retail experience. Prior management experience is beneficial.
