Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising day-to-day store activities, developing operational action plans, managing schedules, and fostering the growth and development of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
  • Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
  • Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Communicate company values and create a sense of teamwork among employees.
  • Provide feedback on products and customer preferences.
  • Participate in the hiring process and ensure adherence to inventory procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
