Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at Aldi, where you'll assume key store management responsibilities such as supervising daily store activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. You will identify training opportunities to foster team growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training needs to improve team performance.
  • Monitor market conditions and provide feedback on products.
  • Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older.
  • Customer service and leadership skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Prior retail management experience.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years retail experience.
  • Management experience is a plus.
