Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position, with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $24.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to inventory procedures.
• Merchandise products to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills are preferred.
