Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will assist in managing daily store activities, enhancing store performance, creating operational plans, and supporting team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and values to foster teamwork.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for product selection.
• Participate in store personnel interviews and training.
• Maintain inventory procedures, cleanliness, and stock levels.
• Supervise team operations and resolve customer concerns.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
