Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with day-to-day store activities, manage schedules, develop operational plans, and ensure a high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
