Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, developing operational plans, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising product, and managing inventory.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
