We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi's team. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
  • Experience in setting and achieving performance goals.
  • Proficiency in operating retail equipment and managing store operations.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
