Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at ALDI. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for key store management duties, including supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring overall store performance, managing schedules, and developing operational plans while identifying training opportunities to enhance team growth.

Hours:

38 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$24.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and values among employees.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on products.
• Oversee inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
