We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, maintaining inventory procedures, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
