Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities to enhance team performance. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring overall store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations to maintain the company's position.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
