Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day store management activities, ensure overall store performance, develop operational plans, and identify training opportunities to support team growth.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company strategy and core values.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback to enhance product offerings.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
