We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, managing schedules, and developing operational plans. Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team efficiency

  • Monitor the local market to stay competitive
  • Participate in interviews and recruitment processes
  • Ensure inventory procedures and customer service standards are met
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
  • Assist in stock management and merchandising
  • Supervise daily operations and escalate issues when needed
  • Uphold company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must be 18 years or older and have:

  • Strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience in retail management preferred

Education and Experience:

You should ideally have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience being a plus.
