Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, supervising the team, and ensuring overall store performance. Your responsibilities will include developing operational plans, identifying training opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job expectations and performance standards to team members.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback for improvements.
• Participate in the hiring process and ensure inventory and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure highest level of customer service.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
