We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in managing store activities, improving operational results, supervising the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the direct leader to enhance store performance and develop action plans.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance performance and growth of team members.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper stock levels and merchandising.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, escalate issues when necessary, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
