Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist in managing store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will take part in developing action plans, training employees, and maintaining store standards to drive overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing operational action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve staff performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and product quality standards.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Must meet state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
