Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation to lead the data and analytics platforms used by the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing strategic objectives, optimizing platform usage, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical trials, data management, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platforms.
- Optimize platform usage and drive change management strategies.
- Lead and mentor the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate with senior leadership.
Required Skills
- Thorough knowledge of clinical trial study design and drug development process.
- Experience with CDASH standards, data visualization tools, and Tableau.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 10+ years in a clinical trial role with 3+ years of leadership experience.
