Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines in neuroscience and oncology. As an Associate Director, you will lead and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons in the field of Hematology-Oncology, ensuring alignment with research objectives and delivering exceptional medical support. This strategic role involves managing territory engagement plans, developing scientific acumen, and fostering collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of Medical Science Liaisons
• Cultivate relationships with thought leaders in Hematology-Oncology
• Maintain territory engagement plans
• Promote compliance with corporate and healthcare guidelines

Qualifications:

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent, Oncology experience preferred
• Minimum of 5 years industry experience, team management experience desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Up to 60% travel required
