Compensation:

• Offering $100 per month Perfect Attendance Bonus
• Competitive Hourly Wage
• 8-hour shifts PT available

Position Summary:

As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing professional care and support for residents' well-being in a safe manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values
• Assist with daily activities as needed
• Provide emotional and social support
• Document daily assistance provided
• Ensure residents' independence and dignity
• Attend training and staff meetings
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Adhere to all policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work with the elderly
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• High tolerance for pressure and critical situations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required
• Experience with the elderly preferred
