Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers or Stockers. As a Cashier, you will handle customer transactions, provide exceptional service, and assist with maintaining a clean and organized store. Stockers play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are stocked with fresh products and creating attractive displays for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Operate registers, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves with fresh products, create appealing displays, and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to company policies, provide excellent customer service, and assist with inventory management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and work in a team setting.
• Effective time management, good communication skills, and knowledge of retail products.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience a plus.
