Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at ALDI as Cashiers and Stockers on a part-time basis. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and providing exceptional customer service. Stockers will ensure proper product rotation, organize inventory, and operate machinery safely. Both roles require collaboration, excellent communication skills, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:
  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and feedback to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
  • Stock shelves with fresh products and create attractive displays.
  • Organize inventory and operate equipment following safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies with effective time management.
  • High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
