Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Stockers at ALDI. As part of our collaborative and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This part-time position offers a variety of tasks to keep each day exciting.

Position Type

Part-Time, fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Process customer purchases, clean, and organize merchandise displays (Cashier).
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and operate machinery safely (Stocker).

Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry items up to 45 pounds. Stockers must be able to place products at various heights.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Effective time management and product knowledge.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Equivalent knowledge from education and experience.
