Job Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performance personal training team
- Drive acquisition of new and retention of existing personal training clients
- Create a supportive and engaging environment for personal training clients
- Coach personal trainers on client consultations and sales
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong sales and client relationship-building abilities
- Certification in personal training or related field
