Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to advance our personal training business and exceed fitness financial targets at the club. The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing team focused on helping members achieve their fitness goals while providing a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values
• Increase client acquisition and retention through high-quality training sessions
• Create an approachable and engaging environment for clients and team members
• Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques
• Achieve monthly sales goals and targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness management
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Knowledge of personal training principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
