Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Plus Monthly Bonus and Milestone Bonus opportunities! Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Facilitate and adjust programming to fit each client's needs.
- Create a friendly and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Ensure personal training clients receive the best value and experience.
- Provide resources and support for personal trainers' growth.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and package recommendations.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in personal training/team leadership.
- Strong communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
