- Lead and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Drive acquisition of new personal training clients and increase retention rates.
- Foster an approachable and engaging environment within the Personal Training area.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional value through high-quality training sessions.
- Support and encourage the growth of personal trainers through coaching and development.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets and financial goals.
