VASA Fitness is seeking a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team. As a Certified Fitness Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention rates.
- Create an approachable and energetic environment for members, clients, and guests.
- Provide tools, resources, and support to personal trainers for their growth and development.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal training leadership roles.
- Certified personal trainer with a strong understanding of fitness industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
