Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

As a Certified Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business by building and developing a high-performing team that enables our members to achieve their fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience. Your role involves overseeing the personal training team to deliver high-quality training sessions, increase client count, and hit monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create an inviting environment within the Personal Training Cage for members and guests.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive and connected community amongst personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients and provide personalized consultations.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in personal training or fitness industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sales and target-driven mindset.
