We are looking for a dedicated Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and ensuring that our members achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a world-class experience. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team, increasing acquisition of new clients, and improving client retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new clients and improve client retention.
• Develop an agile team that can adjust programming to fit client needs.
• Create an approachable environment in the Personal Training Cage for members and clients.
• Retain clients by providing value in personal training.
• Create a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with members.
• Coach trainers on consultations and recommended training packages.
• Work with trainers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with management experience.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
