POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Certified Personal Training Lead
COMPANY: VASA Fitness
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
COMPENSATION: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and energetic environment in the Personal Training Cage.
- Coach and support personal trainers in conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
Requirements
- Certification in Personal Training.
- Proven experience in sales and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
