We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join VASA Fitness and be part of our passionate, fun, and united team. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at our club. Your role involves building and developing a high-performing team to help our members achieve their fitness goals and enjoy a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team, focusing on culture, core values, and accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate customized programming for each client, following VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create a welcoming environment in the Personal Training Cage, interacting with members in a friendly and inclusive manner.
• Retain personal training clients by providing exceptional value through safe, clean training spaces and over-delivery of services.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, encouraging growth and development.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Train personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques, guiding them to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales goals and exceed targets.

Requirements

• Certification in personal training.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a successful personal training team.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and a customer-centric approach.
