ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time RN to join our team in the Newark, DE area. As a member of our supportive and innovative organization, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure the highest level of patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• IV proficiency or willingness to train.
