Job Opportunities
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is actively hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Candidates will work day shift or night shift hours, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Must possess a current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details
- Job Types: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
