Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team at our upcoming in-person hiring event. The ideal candidates will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients, implement care plans, and contribute to discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
- Implement patient-centered care plans within available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
