Job Details:
- Job Type: Per diem, Part-time, Full-time
- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements:
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
