Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our ChristianaCare HomeHealth team at our in-person nursing hiring event. As a ChristianaCare LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning. We offer flexible job types including full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Work Details
