Join ChristianaCare HomeHealth in an exciting career opportunity! We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community of New Castle County, DE.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Give skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients at their homes.
- Implement patient-centered care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
