Job Description
We are looking for a Full Time RN to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth, offering state-of-the-art electronic health records and extensive OASIS-E training. If you are an experienced nurse with a passion for patient-centered care in the home health setting, this opportunity is for you!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge and ensure continuity of care.
- Must be IV proficient or willing to train in IV functions.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
