- Location: New Castle County, DE
- Shifts: Day/Night shifts, one weekend/month, 2 holidays/year
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 - 40 per week
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in developing patient discharge plans.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
