Position
We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE, with day/night shifts, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays a year.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Job Details

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
