Position
We are hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to serve in New Castle County, DE. Shifts may include day or night hours, one weekend per month, and 2 holidays annually.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement goal-oriented care plans consistent with available resources.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Salary and Benefits
Pay range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, flexible schedules, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
