Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in directing restaurant operations, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills in all areas of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality product preparation and service.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to enhance operations and guest loyalty.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and coach for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals through excellent guest service, team training, and effective use of systems.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the restaurant to meet company standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Additional Information

• Hourly, non-exempt position.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
