We are looking for talented Shift Leaders to join our team at Cicis Pizza. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing shift operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and delivering high-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operational skills by preparing quality products and meeting Cicis standards.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns, solicit feedback, and use it to improve operations.
• Supervise and train team members, maintain staffing levels, and build a guest-focused atmosphere of teamwork.
• Contribute to sales and profit goals by providing friendly service, training team members, and managing inventory effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
• Comfortable working with phones and computers.
